Following my recent posts I have been contacted by Sue Jewell (suejewell@ymail.com) who is making an in depth study of Miss Sellon.

I am pleased to say that my dilettante shot at recording the Bristol events in Miss Sellon’s life have proved helpful to the project and I hope that further research will reveal more about this fascinating woman’s life.

I am also grateful to Mr Andrew Sellon who is a co-lateral descendant and is an expert on her family tree.
